Terms & Conditions of Service

  • Your requested character(s) whether it’s yours or not, will be drawn in Giucchi's style. No style alteration requests will be accepted.

  • Upfront Payment needs to be done once the sketch preview is confirmed.

  • Priorities would be placed upon the 'First come, First serve' policy.

  • PayPal payment only, prices listed excludes PayPal fees. Any other type of payment is fine as long as it ends up in Giucchi's PayPal account. Any extra additional fees of the process are clients own to pay.

  • Finished products are not allowed to be used for commercial and or any monetary purpose unless clients stated in advance and paid additional charges for the permits.

  • Finished products may or may not be used in any of Giucchi's personal platform. Ownership of any characters depicted remains with its rightful owner.

  • Clients are allowed to post finished products in their own personal platform or sites with due credits.

  • This is a service resulting in digital products in the form of JPEG and/or PNG file(s) and there will be nothing shipped physically.

  • Default file resolution is 1500x1500 px.

  • No refunds.

Terms & Conditions of Production

  • No NSFWs, Violence, Mechas.

  • There are 3 types of Commissions: Linework/Flat/Polished.

  • BGs to choose are: Transparent/Flat Colors/Gradients/Simple Accents.

  • Prices listed are for one figure only (except packages), additional figures in one pic costs individually.

  • Each progress updates (Sketches, Lineworks and Flats) will be informed to clients.

  • Clients have max. 3 days of confirmation agreement on each updates. Within due time passed, Giucchi will automatically have clients confirmation agreement to progress further with the commission.

  • 2 modification chances is given in each progress (except finished products), each comes with its own limits such as minor details, color alteration, etc.

Terms & Conditions of Commercial Permit
(If Requested)

  • Special commercial permit price will be applied for commissions with more than 1 character designed depending on the number.

  • Listed commercial price exclude additional items (frames, flowers, accents, etc), only simple BG of chosen.

  • Clients will have the commercial permit to use a design for ONE type of product NOT commercial rights to reproduce it as another product or re-selling the design.

  • Designs may be used in Giucchi's promotional and/or marketing platform as any type of product EXCEPT the one that is produced by the client unless stated differently in advance.
